1. Record Your Incident.
The Behaviour Smart incident report is designed by staff with extensive experience working within education, and health and social care settings along with legal experts. The incident report helps services meet their obligation under Health and Safety at Work Act 1974. The structured recording for is bespoke to your service and encourages staff to reflect on the incident.
2. Get AI Support
The Behaviour Smart AI tool will analyses the information you have added to an incident report and generates written content to assist you. You are able to select from a number of preprogrammed actions (prompts) to help you. For example, Behaviour Smart AI can help you write a letter to a child’s parent or guardian, recommend actions to help you manage the incident at play or suggest improvements to future behaviour management strategies.
